We know that costs of travel, lodging, and child/pet care can be high and that you also need to weigh other priorities, so we've intentionally designed the schedule so that you can fly in Saturday morning and leave on Sunday morning if that works best for you.
We feel luck to have your presence for any amount of time if we can. This is an invitation, not a summons!

No official activities.
For locals and anyone who prefers to travel to Denver early, this would be a great time to see the full Meow Wolf Exhibit. Info on ticket-booking here.
We'll also be around to hang. We may post up at a local brewery or something. Let us know if you plan to arrive early!
JULY 19

All guests arrive at Meow Wolf and check in with security. Enjoy light bites*, welcome drinks, and some speeches. Please try to arrive no later than 7:30pm!
*As a reminder we will not be serving dinner so we recommend eating before hand!

Travel To/From the Airport
Uber/Lyft: You can Uber/Lyft directly to/from the airport but due to cost and traffic we often recommend the train.
Train: Directly from Denver Airport you can take the A-Train to Union Station for $10 each way. The train runs every 15 minutes (in the evenings it runs every 30 minutes), you can find the schedule here.
All three hotels below are within a 10-15 minute walk from Union Station.
Getting to Meow Wolf from the Hotels
Meow Wolf is an easy 7-10 minute car ride from the hotels below.
We are currently looking into potentially having a shuttle to and from Meow Wolf, but for now please plan to Uber/Lyft!

We can't recommend enough that you get tickets to see the full Meow Wolf Exhibit since our party will only be in certain rooms so you won't be able to see the exhibit during the party. We recommend budgeting at least 2 hours for your visit.
